Description:

Centralized system with two geothermal heat pumps that service 6 units of 110 m² each, providing heating, cooling and DHW, integrated among each other.
This is a small district heating network joining the apartments, with the distribution of DHW too.
The energy produced is measured for subsequent cost allocation among the users.
A photovoltaic plant provides electric energy to all common appliances and heat pumps.
Savings achieved as compared to a natural gas system: 5.000 €/year.
Pay back time: 8 years.
